The wine-enthusiast Frenchmen call a cork a „Tire-bouchon“. Translated literally: a jam (bouchon) which closes the wine bottle. There are a lot of methods to loosen it. One of it is the crank corkscrew, which was invented by the German Carl F.A. Weinke in 1883 and for which he later applied for a patent. Screw the loop into the cork, attach the crack piece on the bottle's neck and with a little power, the jam is loosened. It would be similarly easy on the interstate!

How elegant this classic opener can still be played to the gallery after more than 120 years, proves here the designer Carsten Gollnick and Gert Trauernicht. The waiter's knife Camero fits perfectly to the slogan of Carl Mertens: „Modernism comes. Style stays“. Camero is the perfect tool for waiter and all other wine lovers. You can rely on the functionality and eshetic of the Solingen family business. Camero is the perfect tool for waiters and all the other wine lovers.
