The Connox GmbH is a young, owner-operated and independent company for E-Commerce, based in Hanover. Thilo Haas founded the Haas Media GmbH in the year 2002, becoming the Connox GmbH with the entry of Kristian Lenz in 2005. Connox registers an exceptional growth since its foundation, and can now reproof a noticeable experience-path in the E-Commerce-sector. The business portfolio of the Connox GmbH thereby includes both areas: systems and shops.

The Connox-Team

Since the foundation of the company, our young team grew constantly. The Connox-Team currently includes 35 employees – among them there are permanent employees as well as some temporary staff. The employees work in different specialization fields: The customer care team works for customers’ demands via telephone or mail. In the editorial it is all about creating and updating product-sites, writing press-texts, newsletters and the Connox catalogue, besides the selection of new products. The marketing area furthermore ensures the Connox image to the public. The IT-department is responsible for the updating of software and the technical realization of the shop. Moreover the accountancy and the sales department work with the commercial completion of customer orders. The team in our stock prepares parcels and everything necessary for a world-wide delivery. We also offer apprenticeships for support and office communication administrators, marketing-communication administrators and commercial informatics specializing in application development since 2008.

The Connox Home Design Shop

The Connox Living Design Shop is the perfect contact point for demanding design-enthusiasts with more than 150.000 satisfied customers all over the world and a high-class assortment of design-furnishing products. We offer a selection of more than 9.000 products with detailed product- and background-information as well as a first-class customer care at the moment. Our stock occupies an area of 2.400 square-meters, which shelters more than half our assortment to be sent immediately. That is the reason why the Connox Living Design Shop has been honoured with a nomination for the title “Online-Shop of the year” in 2011. And not least the positive feedback of our customers confirmed our work, but also encourages us to further optimize our services.

Our Social Responsibility

As well as every company, also the Connox GmbH carries social responsibility. Therefore we attend to help-projects and even ensure to work as environment friendly and sustainable as possible. This responsibility became indispensable in the working day by day and it includes every one of every specialization. Market-fields: Systems and Shops

We offer IT- and programming services as well as software in our system-area. The realization and implementation of E-Commerce-solutions as well as diverse additional services for our single customers are thereby the focus of our work. That is how we also offer our own developed software “ecommerce-suite” that is successfully used in our shops, to other companies.

In the Shops marketing-field, Connox GmbH is placed in niche markets with Online Shops. Our Know-How out of E-Commerce and trade is thereby completely implemented. The usage of the ecommerce-suite makes it possible for us to react fast and flexibly on the market as well as to overview the success of our marketing-measures constantly. At the moment we power the online shops connox.de, zecken-und-dornen.de, cangorino.de and chalkr.de. While the climbing accessories-shop chalkr.de is still in construction, the Connox living design shop could already be established as one of the leading providers in the Living Home segment.
