Rewuired: Technical Writer (m/w) full-time

The Connox GmbH is a young and dynamic growing company which increased to become one of the leading German internet-providers with the Online Shop www.connox.com in the past 10 years, in the fields of design furniture and living accessories. Basis of this development is our own developed Shop-Software eCommerce-Suite, which we also want to distribute in the future.

We searc a Technical Writer (m/w) full-time for the documentation of this software and our company-processes in Hanover.

Your tasks

You are responsible for the creation of software-documentation, a hand-book and an Online-Help in German language and thereby cooperating with our software-developers. You furthermore create a website and the distribution-documentation for our software. Moreover you analyze and write down our intern processes.

Your profile

You have a technical or informatics university degree and already experience in editorials, or you made an apprenticeship of technical writing focusing on software or a comparable title.

You are style-secure while writing texts and you are able to reach different target-groups explaining matters exactly as well as understandable. You do equally understandable write texts for marketing purposes. You possess good knowledge about PHO/MySQL, HTML/CSS as well as XML/XSTL and you are able to analyze and document processes.

You suit us if you possess structured, results oriented and independent working methods as well as a high level of initiative and organization-skills. You have a secure appearance and team- as well as communication-skills.
