Price guarantee

We guarantee the lowest price on every article we offer!*

* If you find a cheaper article at another shop, please let us know. Send us a message including the name of the article, dealer and the correct web-link. Only German firms are valid.

You will get the article at our shop for the same price as from the other shop/ dealer! (Exceptions are sale-prices because of a change of the range, bankruptcy, or auctions)

Make a claim for price guarantee:

Simply order the item. Make sure that you enter the lower rate with a link into the "comment box" in the checkout process. This will be reviewed by us; you will get the cheaper price with your order confirmation. Articles that are not in our assortment in that moment, cannot be ordered with the price guarantee.

Can I combine the price guarantee with a voucher?

Value vouchers (e.g. 10 Euros vouchers) can be combined with the price guarantee without any problems. Percent vouchers (e.g. 10% discount) cannot be combined with the price guarantee. The lowest price counts in this case.
