What happens with my credit after sending back an article?

If you bought an article and sent it back to us, your credit will naturally be refunded. The credit can also be cleared with an immediate following order. This one must be explicitly desired.

Please note that we resentful need your bank data for payments like prepayments, invoices and surnames to refund your credit.

With an order a Connox article over Amazon your credit will be always refunded. A charging of the amount is not possible there. The amount of a possible order or replacement must be paid to Amazon as normal.
