What is the order process?
After you placed the desired good into the shopping basket (look at Help Order Procedure), you can convert another coupon code or let your shipping charges assess, for example a desired delivery country (preset: Germany), before the actual gear of the cash register. If the amount was adapted in accordance with your statements, click on "go to cashbox" to reach the cash register area. This is organized in four points:
1. Adress
If you already ordered at out shop or registered yourself for our newsletter, you were transmitted with a confirmation mail of your user data (e-mail and password), with which you can simply register.
If you forgot your user data, you can request this further below again (look at Help Customer Area ).
If you ordered for the first time at connox, click on "I am new here ..." and you will have the chance to generate your customer account. The mandatory fields are marked with orange colored letters – these ones must be filled out. To this the following statements count: First name, surname, birthday, street, zip code, place, country, telephone and e-mail. From corporate clients out of foreign countries, the sales tax identification number (VATIN/ UstId.) must also be indicated.
Moreover you have the possibility of subscribing to out newsletter by clicking in the according field, as well as unsubscribing.
One fulfilling note to your order (for example address adds, preferred delivery dates, or specifications about the ordered ware) can be written in the according notes fields.
If you want your order to arrive in a different address than the one of the invoice address, please click on the according field. After you continued to the next page, you will have the possibility of changing the delivery address.
If you order on behalf of a company, you can furthermore register as company customer and add the name of the business as well as that one of the according department.
2. Shipping
In this area you have the possibility of transforming a standard delivery into for example, an express delivery (excepting bulky goods and foreign forwarding transports). Find further information about the shipping costs and about the delivery in the helping topig Shipping costs.
3. Payment methods
Here you can choose between the most different payment methods:

Please note: we don’t offer the whole range of payment methods to every customer, for example surname shipping to customers abroad will not be possible.
4. Ordering
At last, before the final order, you will get an overview of your given data. Now you have the possibility of prove if what you wrote is right! If all the information is correct, clock on “checkout” and the desired order will be done. Immediately afterwards you will see an information page with notes about for example our bank information if you chose to pay with credit card. An order confirmation will be sent to your E-Mail account at the same time, where all the specifications are listed.
