How do I login in the Customer Area?

The subscription with customer data is always the first step. The first question would then be: “customer or new customer”?

-Did you already order products in our shop or subscribed to our newsletter? Then you can simply register with your user name. For this click on “My account” and enter your Email address and your password into the corresponding fields. Amazon customers can only log in with their customer number and password. Confirm your information with a click on “login” and you will enter the safe customer area.

-As a new customer you will initially have to configure a customer account with the customer register link.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forgot your password this won’t cause any problems. Click on the “My account” button on the top-navigation, insert your Email address at the “forgot your password?” field and confirm this with a click on the “send password” button. In only a few seconds you will receive a new personal password. Naturally you can change your password individually after a successful login in your customer area.
