Payment method

To make your payment as easy as possible, we offer to you a large number of payment methods.

Which payment methods are offered?

Private customers:

• Prepayment,
• Cash payment,
• Debit entry (only in Germany),
• Cash-on-delivery,
• PayPal und
• Credit card

We can also offer purchases on account to corporate customers

Debit Entry

If you choose the payment method debit entry, your requested product will be send to you immediately. Of course, the direct debit will be made after sending your products! Please check your bank details and make sure that your bank account is covered. Otherwise, there will be an expensive charge fee, which we have to bill you for.

If you have questions about your order or the debit entry, please contact us, and do not arrange a reversing entry! This will lead to unnecessary costs, which we might have to bill you for.

Credit Card

You can pay by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please indicate to us the name of the credit card owner, the credit card number, the security digits, and the validity of the credit card. The security digits are the last three or four numbers on the back of your credit card. Please write the validity date in the following order: 'yyyymm', e.g. '200910' for October 2009.

PayPal

PayPal is a safer, simpler way to send and receive money online. You can pay for items you buy on eBay as well as on hundreds of other leading retail websites, or you can use PayPal to send money quickly and safely to anyone with an email address.
You can pay with money held in your PayPal account balance or use another payment method such as a credit card, debit card or your bank account. Once you sign up for a PayPal account, you just need to select PayPal as your payment method when you shop online. Websites that accept PayPal will show the PayPal logo in their checkout. You will be asked to log in to your account with your email address and password to confirm the payment. PayPal never shares your financial information with sellers or retailers.
If you receive a payment through PayPal, you will receive an email notification and the money will be credited to your PayPal account. You can then use your PayPal balance to make payments, or you can withdraw the
funds to your bank account.
It’s free to sign up for a PayPal account. Fees charged are based on who you are sending funds to:
Personal payments: Payments to friends or family are free when funded by bank account or PayPal balance. If the payment is funded by credit or debit card then fee is charged to the recipient, however the sender can choose to pay this instead. Please note you must select the ‘Personal’ payment tab within the ‘Send Money’ payment flow to qualify for this rate.
Purchase payments: For payments made as a purchase of goods or services, the recipient (seller) will be charged a fee. For more information visit http://www.paypal.co.uk and click on the ‘Fees’ link at the bottom of any page.

Prepayment

After ordering you will automatically receive an e-mail with all needed information for your bank transfer in advance. As soon as we have received your payment on our bank account, we will send to you your requested products. A bank transfer takes in Germany normally about 1-2 workdays, bank transfers from foreign countries usually take 4-5 workdays.

Cash-On-Delivery

You can also choose the classical payment method 'Cash-On-Delivery'. You have to pay your order directly to the postman when receiving your package. Please note In Germany you have to pay 4 Euro for the service-charge and 2 Euro to DHL for the delivery.

Cash payment

You can pick up your ordered products directly at our office. Please note that we do not have an electronic-cash-terminal. Please call us in advance before you come to visit us in order to ensure that your requested products are on stock.

Bill payment

Generally, we offer bill payments only to corporate customers. The amount of the invoice is immediately and without deductions due.
