You would like to send your order to the USA and you need more information about shipment, costs, duration and tracking? Below you will find the most important information regarding this topic:

Parcel shipment DHL

Standard parcels are shipped by DHL. The shipping costs are from 25,21 Euro to 58,83 Euro per package. The shipping costs depend on the weight and the volume of the package. Please note that all prices indicated in our shopping cart are always exclusive VAT and customs fees. You will receive separately an invoice with the fees from the customs in the USA. The estimated delivery time is about 10 working days. At an order value over 500,00 Euro you won’t have to pay for any shipping costs. After you order has been sent out, you will receive with our shipment confirmation by email the tracking code from DHL Germany. On the following link you can track your parcel:

With the indicated „UPU code / matchcode“ you can track your package at the local post:

Please note that it is not always possible to track you parcel immediately with the UPU code at the local post because this is only possible if the parcel arrived already in the USA.

Forwarding company

For larger and bulky parcels your order will be shipped by a forwarding company by air freight to the USA. The shipping costs to Australia must always be calculated on demand. In the shopping cart you will be informed that the calculation of the shipping costs failed. Nevertheless, please complete your order, we will then personally inform you about the incoming shipping costs by email. Please note that all prices indicated in our shopping cart are always exclusive VAT and customs fees. You will receive separately an invoice with the fees from the customs in the USA. The estimated delivery time is about 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately, an automatically tracking system for a shipment by a forwarding company is not possible! On request we can ask the forwarding company for the updated status of the shipment, in this case please contact us by phone or by email.
