How to act in case of a DHL shipping transport damage:

If your package gets damaged whilst a DHL transport you can refuse the acceptance of the package directly in an ideal case. Instantly a claim notification will be registered in this event.

If you already accepted the products and notice transport damages afterwards, the package has to be passed to a post office and a claim notification has to be ordered within 7 days after the receiving.

Ideally you also inform us about the occurred transport damage instantly. Now you can decide if you want us to resend the product as new, or if you want us to reimburse the costs.

How to act in case of a transport company product damage:

If your delivery is sent with a transport company and gets damaged, you can refuse the acceptance of the package directly in an ideal case. Instantly a claim notification will be registered on the receipt of the transport agent.

If you already accepted the products and notice the transport damages afterwards, you have to inform us immediately within 7 days. The ideal event would be to take pictures from the occurred damages and to send us them by Email so that we can write a notification for claim to the transport company immediately.

Now you can decide if you want us to resend the product as new, or if you want us to reimburse the costs.
