ilio is the home product brand of the well-established design firm, Demirden Design. The brand’s focus is tableware and furniture that celebrates the art of fine living. Each of its products reflects a novel approach to both design and the manufacturing process. Creativity and productivity build up the foundation and language of ilio.

Istanbul-based Demirden Design is a company with over 15 years of experience in the design industry and has received numerous awards, including two Red Dots and the Design Management Europe award. Since the company’s establishment in 1994, its creative team has been involved with exhibition, event, product, graphic and multimedia design. Demirden’s multidisciplinary approach and internal synergy has resulted in its successful past and promising future. ilio’s executive creative team consists of three siblings – Mehtap Obuz, Hasan Demir Obuz and Sema Obuz – members of a family with a long artistic tradition. They plan on building on their company’s legacy to create ilio designs, combining their creative visions with advanced craftsmanship.
