Odin

The ODIN GmbH was founded in 1991 by Klaus Göbbels and Manfred von Heereman in Mannheim. Since then they designed and produced the Odin design products for "Kitchen & Bathroom", "living accessory" and also high quality company presents and gift article.

The company name Odin - which reminds on the same named nordic god - was originally 0 DIN and was at first sight a wordplay according to the german industrial standard. 0 DIN should express, that the products of the company adjust to any norm, but have their own character and can be compared with other prodcuts.

Because of that it is not surprising that the philosophy of the company Odin is based on the thought, to find new, innovative solutions for daily problems and to design those in high quality and then produce them. This philosophy won a lot of different design awards.
