Actually two friends (Roland J. Fischer and Jean-Christophe Gyr), who were in the summer 2003 angry about the sun tends and umbrellas which flew away with every little blast, which were hard to out in the ground and mostly nerver gave any sun protection.

After one year of development time was it done, and the new SKINCOM sun shade, a real alternative to the sun shade was born. Only 56 cm long, 2.3 kg light, with proofed UV-protection factor 80 and in less then 5 minutes built-on, gives it 2 adults the whole day a shade, without changing positions. This is possible because of the between two round archs tightened fabric, whih can be moved around 180°degrees.A must-have for people who are really sensitive in the sun, kids and sun freaks.
