The flower still life in a glass vase belongs to the art collection of the Dutch manufacturer IXXI. The still life was created between 1650 and 1683 and is attributed to the Dutch painter Jan Davidsz De Heem.
The still life shows a lush bouquet of flowers in a glass vase with a variety of flowers and plants such as roses, hydrangeas, wheat and much more. Snails, beetles, ants, insects and butterflies can also be seen breathing life into the painting. De Heem is one of the most famous still life painters of the Dutch school. His paintings combine microscopically exact details with extraordinary colouring, which can only be found in his paintings. Characteristic for De Heem are the small animals that are only recognizable at second glance and give the motif a certain dynamism.
The original painting "Flower Still Life in a Glass Vase" by Jan Davidsz. de Heem (oil on copper / 54,5 cm x 36,5 cm) hangs in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.
The art collection of IXXI is exactly the right thing for art lovers and those who want to become one. IXXI cooperates with the most renowned museums in the world and has a large number of pictures from the Renaissance to the present in its image database. The pictures, like De Heem's flower still life, hang well in their own four walls or in the entrance area of a hotel or office building.
The motif is printed on square cards made of synthetic Synaps paper. It convinces with its water-repellent, tear-resistant and UV-resistant properties. The cards are linked to the connectors and then attached directly to the wall with the supplied suspension strips and Tesa Powerstrips, without the need for tools or drilling. The cards can be easily changed or supplemented.
The flower still life in a glass vase from IXXI is available in different sizes.
