The Ten Inch Birds motif of IXXI shows three small colourful birds in a bright blue, framed by green leaves. The original painting is on a 25 x 25 cm ceramic tile and was probably designed by William de Morgan between 1882 and 1888. Enlarged as a IXXI poster, the motif is an eye-catcher on every wall.
The original painting "Ten Inch Birds" by William de Morgan is in The British Museum in London.
The art collection of IXXI is exactly the right thing for art lovers and those who want to become art lovers.
