Little monsters as vase
Since the Shiva vase, which was designed by Ettore Sottsass in 1973, smaller objects and decorative elements have also been part of BD Barcelona . They complement the Spanish manufacturer's furniture in a timeless and original way. Since 2017, Jaime Hayon's vase series has also been part of the BD Barcelona . The Happy Susto vases convince with their figurative appearance and remind one remotely of a yeti or a shaggy monster. Due to their raised arms and friendly faces, the little monsters do not frighten you, but appear cheerful and put you in a good mood. Hence the name Happy Susto , which translates as Happy Horror .
Made of glazed ceramic in various colours and sizes
The vases are made of glazed ceramic and are available in white or blue, optionally with decoration, in two different sizes.
