Woolen blanket with onion dome church shape
The Keisarinkruunu woollen blanket from Marimekko provides cosy hours on the sofa or armchair on cold autumn and winter days. The blanket is woven from a jacquard knit of a soft wool blend and features the Keisarinkruunu pattern in brown, black and orange. The ceiling has two differently coloured sides and fringes at the ends.
The Keisarinkruunu pattern (imperial crown), reminiscent of an onion dome church, is a fine example of the large, picturesque patterns created by Maija Isola in the 1960s. The blanket is made of 60 % cotton, 15 % polyamide and 25 % wool.
