Pillow with pattern in the 60s style
The Kaivo pattern by Marimekko is a design by Maija Isola from 1964 and is characterized by its waveform in the 60s Pop Art style. The Finnish designer was always inspired by the things that surrounded her. The story of how Kaivo came about is as magical as it is simple: when Maija Isola lowered her bucket into a fountain one day, she was impressed by the elegance of the waves on the water - and the idea for Kaivo was born.
The 50 x 50 cm Kaivo pillowcase is made of 35% wool, 35% cotton, 25% polyamide and 5% other fibers. The pillow sets cozy accents on the armchair, sofa or bed and can be easily combined with other patterns by Marimekko. A suitable filling is available separately.
