Set of chopping boards for the kitchen
Each of the four cutting boards has its individual colour and an illustrated index sign that indicates the user which board is meant for which kind of ingredient (vegetables, fish, meat or bread). Using different chopping boards for the individual ingredients easily increases the hygiene in the kitchen.

Joseph Joseph now added further practical details to the Index Chopping Boards: The red board for meat has a rim, to absorb liquids. The green board for vegetables has a slanted edge, also to absorb liquids. The blue fish board received a perforated surface, so that the fish does not slip and the white board for bread directly collects the bread’s crumbs thanks to its grooves.
The Index Chopping Boards designed by Damian Evans are made of durable polypropylene and are dishwasher safe. The plastic protects the blade when cutting and prevents the unnecessary blunting of the cooking utensils. The individual boards of Index Mini also have a non-slip coating for safe cutting especially on smooth surfaces.
