An efficient peeler with a simple shape: The Kant peeler has an embossing shape, which fulfils its purpose exemplarily. Therefore Koziol uses special materials.
The handle of the peeler is made of angular surfaces, which are more ergonomic than one might think on the first sight. The archetype Y-design includes a flexible double-blade, which makes it possible to peel potatoes, cucumbers and other vegetables fast, safe and easy. Thin slices are also cut with the peeler by Koziol, e-g- out of horseradish or zucchini. Therefore Koziol equipped his kitchen helper with an extra wide blade.
The Cologne design studio Dreikant is responsible for the simple but effective design of the Kant peeler. But not only the design is clever, Koziol also focussed on the materials: The blade of Kant is made of ceramics – this makes the blade corrosion-safe, sharp for a long time and taste-neutral. The rest of the peeler is made of polyamide, which ensures that it remains robust and shock-resistant when it is used under pressure.
