The knives of the Chroma Type 301 Design series by F. A. Porsche are characterized by unique design. The AST®-technique avoids adhesion of vegetables or fruits at the knives’ blade.
The vegetable and fruit knives Chroma Type 301-P with AST (AntiStickTechnique) were especially developed to avoid the adhesion of fruits and vegetables. The right-sided structure of the knives avoids the creation of the transparent film of cell-juice which would stick at the knife’s blade. This is how apples or onions will be cut much easier and more comfortable.
In order to say: “Here is where the blade ends”, the “pearl” (a sensorial stopper) has been included in the design. The quality of the knives’ production is sophisticated. So, the ergonomic handle – developed with famous kitchen chefs together – consists of 18/10 stainless steel and the blade is made of fine Japanese Pure 301 steel.
Many famous top chefs, such as Harald Wohlfahrt, Otto Koch, Martin Baudrexel or Ralf Zacherl, as well as uncountable others, swear on the knives.
The series includes 18 knives and accessories, such as a meat fork, whetstone, knives suitcase and different wooden knife-blocks. Another highlight: the unique Type 301 cutlery of the Chroma house.
