The flower vase of Muuto solves the problem, that there is never a fitting vase, on a aesthetic high level. The solution of the designer Matti Klenfell is based on that the inside vase has four different openings for the different flower versions. Four is more than a vase - it is four vases!
Besides the functional accomplishment, fulfils Four also all aesthetic demands on the successful living object. The coloured inside vase caters for a nice, reflecting light and is conditional, that not only the flowers stand in the centre. This object-related appendage followed Matti Klenfell with the design of the vase. This thoughts, which takes its design as basis, does he describe in the following:
"One of the strongest character traits of glass is its transparency. Another is its attractive beauty. On the basis of this assessment I started to design a vase, whose beauty should be oblique, if it is assembled with flowers or not."
