Plants will love it: the flower pot by Eva Solo has a simple look while its smart construction makes sure that plants flourish.
Thanks to the Eva Solo Flower Pot, plants will never be watered too often or too little again: plants are placed into a ceramic pot positioned on a glass container which functions as a water reservoir. In nature, the amount of water needed is absorbed by the roots of the plants. This same effect is achieved in this herb pot designed by Tools Design through a cluster of nylon threads, which act as artificial "extra roots".
The Flower Pot Modelled on Nature
These artificial roots absorb water from the water reservoir up into the ceramic pot, creating evenly damp soil and allowing plants to flourish. Nature is the best role model.
Potted plants like to be taken care of - even on holidays. Not a problem, as the ‘natural’ principle of the self-watering pot means plants get the water they need for 7 to 10 days.
Eva Solo manufactures the Flower pot from polystone with a diameter of Ø 25 cm. The material is synthetic, water-repellent and resistant to climatic conditions and scratches. The water reservoir consists of frosted glass, behind which you can easily gauge the remaining water level. Due to its materials the Flower pot is equally suitable for in- and outdoor usage.
