Sleep disorders have ended in a bed with such a name: Tiefschlaf (deep sleep) consists of six wooden bowls that are unified to a comfortable bed without tools by a nylon belt and press-buttons.
The bowls’ forms enable to completely renounce bed-sides and a separate slatted frame. This new solution doesn’t only caress the eye; it also adapts to the most different sleep demands. The spring-like characteristics of the bowls are adjustable by means of the step-less movements of the stainless steel feet, reaching the desired hardness-level of the mattress. Form and arrangement of the bowls offer ventilation and cushioning for every mattress-class. Tiefschlaf is reduced to a minimal transport-dimension when it is stacked.
Tiefschlaf is characterized by a maximum of mobility and every day-use adaptation, since the Stadtnomaden manufacturer from Stuttgart consequently focuses on quality, value and longevity besides simple usage. The company-founders Linda Altmann and Oliver Krapf are responsible personally for the Tiefschlaf bed.
The Stadtnomaden bed is also available with a higher head-end as "Tiefschlaf II". Tiefschlaf is available in walnut, ash wood and in white.
