Simple, easy and still clever: The Bracket Included shelf by the Danish manufacturer Hay is a simple wall shelf with a special “extra”.
The shelf was designed by the Belgian designer Sylvian Willenz, who is known for his straight-lined creations. The name “Bracket Included” explains it all: The clever shelf is delivered including mounting hardware. The simple piece of pressed steel clearly shows the brackets of this archetype shelf, as we know it from shelves of garages and cellars. This is how the urgency makes this furniture piece virtuous: The more necessary than pretty shelf promises resistance because the brackets won’t move.
The Hay shelf is even more beautiful when there are more shelves in different colours inside of it. Hay produces the shelf of pressed, powder coated steel in white, dark grey, green and red.
