Simple and flexible: The Cosino shelving system by Magis is individually adaptable thanks to its modular construction. It offers a surface to store things, where there was unused space before.
The basic idea of Naoto Fukasawa was to create a shelf for empty corners. The Cosino shelving system finds a place, where other shelves renounce their work: Cosino can be adapted individually since the shelving system has a modular construction. The typical style of the Japanese designer is visible in the rounded corners and the clear but still organic design of the shelf.
The flexible possibilities are the reason why Cosino isn’t only suitable to be used in private houses, but also in offices, bookstores or other rooms. Magis produces the modular shelving system out of polypropylene, while the boards are made of birch wood. The material contrast is responsible for the elegant touch of the otherwise clear shelving system by Magis.
