Embrace by Johngreen is a multifunctional piece of furniture which adapts to the demands of the user. This is how it follows the philosophy of the British designer John Green, to design his products as aesthetic and functional that people won’t be able to resist them.
Two different sized parts make up the frame of Embrace. The pieces are two small tables or benches when they are separated, suiting nearly every place because of the slim realization. If you need more storage place or two small tables or stools, both halves of Embrace are plugged to become one piece. The pieces are perfectly suitable in each other because of both gaps – which is also the reason why this innovative piece is called Embrace.
Embrace by Johngreen offers four deposit boards when it is plugged; One under the table, on top of the table and on each side. The boards and compartments offer space for books, magazines, DVDs, CDs and other things that are useful. This is how the slim side compartments are e.g. useful for TV magazines and newspapers in the living rooms, while the whole construction serves as couch table.
The limits are still not reached with that: Besides the function as table, newspapers holder and pure storage possibilities, children can use the smaller Embrace element as stool, while the bigger element serves as table. Further purposes are possible in entrance halls or in bedrooms and offices – it is about what the user’s fantasy proposes.
The oak veneer made multifunctional piece of furniture Embrace is also available in walnut or birch wood. Johngreen manufactures the multifunctional piece of furniture in the UK and every specimen is numbered and equipped with a seal of authenticity.
