Kamm (German for 'comb') is a dynamic wardrobe by Zieta Prozessdesign. The unmistakable bumps and waves of the steel wardrobe are developed with the »FiDU technology« developed by Zieta.
Oskar Zieta developed the »FiDU technology« (free interior pressure forming) during his studies in Zurich. He experimented with steel sheets there, developing a method of creating furniture of two identical welded sheets. He achieved in forming the steel y means of filling the gap between them with air, using interior pressure, tensing the steel sheets.
This innovative production method is the reason why each Kamm coat rack is different than the other ones, since some deformations of the sheets aren’t controllable.
Zieta Prozessdesign offers the coloured wall wardrobes in different editions. The available sizes are Kamm 3, Kamm 5 and Kamm 9 with 3, 5 or 9 wardrobe hooks respectively.
