Since 1936 an Icon among the Porcelain Vases
The Lyngby vase is manufactured by the Porcelænsfabrikken-Danmark - Lyngby Porcelæn. The design classic made of porcelain was designed in 1936 and is characterised by its unique aesthetic and distinctive grooved structure.
Re-Edition of a Classic
The vase became an absolute design icon in the 30s and is to this day highly valued of design lovers and collectors for its simple elegance. Together with other designs, the porcelain vase marked the beginning of a new era in design, which was inspired by the Bauhaus movement and is characterised by the back then upcoming functionalism.
In 2012, the brand Lyngby Porcelæn came back to the market and resumed the production of the popular Lyngby vase. With utmost care and respect for the special history, today the vase is handcrafted in Denmark according to the original specifications.
Versatile Vases Collection
The vase is available in different sizes, in several colours and made of glass. The series was also extended with cachepots and bowls with lids. Whether for small flower bouquets, decorative branches or as a stand-alone sculpture, different colours, heights and diameters allow several vases to be put together in a varied arrangement.
