Felt rug made from virgin wool in a pebble look
The Ernie round felt ball rug from myfelt brings nature into your own four walls. The visual design of the felt balls is reminiscent of pebbles and turns the rug into a bed of gravel. This makes the rug unique and eye-catching.
High-quality wool and ecological color
The rugs from myfelt are made from 100% New Zealand wool, which is one of the highest quality in the world. In the carpet factory in Nepal, the untreated wool is combed and washed several times. The wool is then dyed in the appropriate color in the "Label STEP®" Fair Trade certified dyeing plant according to purely ecological guidelines. The subsequent felting process is the most time-consuming step. Each individual ball is shaped into its final form by hand in several steps. The finished balls are then sewn into a rug using a knotting process specially developed by myfelt . A carpet can consist of up to 50,000 felt balls.
Durable and unique
The rugs meet the highest standards and are made from the best materials. Each rug is unique and handmade, which is why there may be minimal differences in color and material in each rug. These are not a sign of inferior quality but proof of honest craftsmanship. The combination of workmanship, quality and choice of materials creates a unique, long-lasting product.
