The clothes horse Mama was designed by the fpm München agency for side by side. When it once stands in the apartment, you won’t miss it anymore. Mama offers numerous clothes lines and a rustic look on three areas. After its usage, the clothes horse can be space sparingly folded and stored.
For the production of the Mama clothes horse, the Caritas Wendelstein workshops in Rosenheim/Raublin are responsible. The design of the fpm München agency is realized by massive, untreated ash wood. Reinforced plastic lines are used to hang the clothes.
The German company side by side stands for the close cooperation between designers and handicapped people, just “side by side”. “Design with social character” was founded by the product designer Sabine Meyer in the year 2002 and brought to the market with the Caritas Wendelstein workshop. Meanwhile more than 30 designers, including the multiple prize honoured fpm München agency, create high quality and form pretty living accessories for the daily use. That is how side by side enables social integration to handicapped people as well as participation at professional works.
