With the new edition of the egg boiler by Wilhelm Wagenfeld, the Jenaer Glas brand has resurrected the coveted design classics of the Bauhaus style. As part of the Wagenfeld Edition, Jenaer Glas has taken the cult product out of the design museums and brought it back to the market. The egg boiler, handmade from heat-resistant glass, is characterised by its distinctive shape and to this day, enthuses lovers of classic design with its appearance and functionality.
The distinctive kitchen tool can be used for a range of things: Not only is it perfectly suitable for preparing eggs in the glass, but it is also ideal for making pastry, soufflés, desserts and amuse gueule.

Martin Baudrexel’s style has been shaped by the influences of his stations at the renowned Toqué restaurant in Montreal, as well as in Vancouver and Whistler. Nevertheless, he appreciates simple and healthy meals with a high regional basis.
