The Eva Solo chopping boards were designed by the team of Tools Design with the aim of minimising the risk of bacteria and salmonella. The spread of bacteria and salmonella is counteracted by chopping raw meat, vegetables and already prepared foods such as cheese and sausage separately.
The three white chopping boards by Eva Solo have small symbols, which show what the boards were intended for: raw meat and fish, fruit and vegetables and foods such as sausage and cheese. Their swung design gives an elegant look to the boards and they are easy to hold.
The grey version of the Eva Solo chopping boards have a minimalistic design: Completely rectangular, they fit very well especially in modern kitchens. The three colour tones have also been thought out for use with different foods and they harmoniously complement each other.
All the editions of the Eva Solo chopping boards have an aluminium holder, to dry the boards after washing and to save space storing them. The aluminium support has been designed to hold the boards seperated from each other, so that bacteria cannot be transferred to the other boards. The plastic boards are dishwasher safe, the aluminium holders are to be washed by hand.
