The food processor is equipped with a direct-drive motor and a power of 800 watts. Ten variable speed settings always guarantee the best results when mixing, whether it's light egg whites or heavy pasta dough. Thanks to the Smooth Start function, the motor only starts up slowly, preventing ingredients from splashing and whirling. The optimized planetary mixer blends the ingredients carefully and gently.
4.8 l glass mixing bowl
The full-color die-cast aluminum housing has a firm footing on the work surface and reduces vibrations to a minimum for comfortable work. The glass mixing bowl has a capacity of 4.8 l and is equipped with an ergonomic handle for easy insertion and removal. For safety, the machine switches off automatically when the motor head is tilted.
