The set provides everything you need to prepare a perfect roast: The pipette easily absorbs up to 30 ml of the clarified juice, the thermometer will show the internal temperature of the roast and the appropriate brush cleans the pipette. The kit is designed in a way that allows space-saving storage as well as completely disassembling and cleaning.
Easy pour over for the perfect roast
Duck, goose or chicken: chicken with a crunchy crust tastes the best. To get a perfect result, the roast must be doused regularly with the slowly leaking juice. With the ThermoBaste by the British manufacturer Joseph Joseph, this process goes easily and in an instant. The narrow tapered pipette must only be held in the gravy in the pan, the red balloon of the pipette pressed and the valuable gravy is sucked into the scaled container. By pressing of the balloon once more, the juice comes out again and can be spread evenly over the meat.
Easy temperature monitoring and cleaning
In between, the temperature in the roast is monitored with the help of the roasting thermometer. It can be stored space-saving in the head of the pipette and measures different cooking conditions of different cuts of meat.
A precise cleaning brush has been added to the set for the quick cleaning of the pipette. The containers, as well as the brush are also dishwasher safe. Please note: The thermometer is not dishwasher-proof. It can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
