PAns with 5-layer Bottom
All Steel+ is the advancement of the popular All Steel series. The special feature: The 5-layer bottom, specifically designed for induction stoves. The bottom has a very good and consistent thermal conductivity to ensure perfect cooking.
For a Perfect Browning Result
The secret behind the perfect browning result of the All Steel + pans is the special Ceratec° ceramic coating with very good thermal conductivity. This way, the food does not only look fantastic, but even tastes better. With the latest edition of the All Steel frying pans, the Ceratec° coating has been revised again - compared to its predecessor the adhesive effect of the coating could now be improved by 20 percent. In addition, the coating is so robust and scratch-proof that even kitchen utensils made of metal can be used without leaving damage. On the outside, the pans are made of durable 18/10 stainless steel.
Optimal for Induction Cookers
The ceramic pans from the All Steel+ series are suitable for use on all types of stoves: the All Steel Plus series is optimised for induction stoves, where they work absolutely silently and efficiently. But also on standard gas and glass ceramic stoves, hotplates and fast heating halogen hobs, the All Steel+ frying pan meets all professional demands.
The All Steel+ frying pans by Fiskars are ovenproof and dishwasher safe. But in order to protect the coating, it ought not to be heated above 240° C in the oven.
In 2002, the Finnish designer Harri Koskinen designed the stainless steel cookware All Steel for Iittala. Originally, the extensive range of pots and pans was supposed to be exclusively offered for professional chefs, but meanwhile countless home cooks worldwide enjoy All Steel and learned to appreciate its quality. After in 2014 and 2015, the All Steel series wasn’t produced and distributed any longer by Iittala, but from the Finnish manufacturer Hackman, since the end of 2015 it is instead assigned to its parent company Fiskars and is manufactured in Finland.
