Pots with 5-layer Bottom
All Steel+ is the advancement of the popular All Steel series. The special feature: The 5-layer bottom, specifically designed for induction stoves. The bottom has a very good and consistent thermal conductivity to ensure perfect cooking.
The All Steel+ pot series by Fiskars is suitably designed down to the last detail. The pots have a scaling on the inside and large, sturdy handles that are a big help to the head chef on a busy workday. The stainless steel lids have a valve to release hot steam.

Optimal for Induction Cookers
The pots from the All Steel + series are suitable for use on all types of stoves: the All Steel+ is optimised for induction stoves, where they work absolutely silently and efficiently. The All Steel+ cooking pots by Fiskars are ovenproof and dishwasher safe. But in order to protect the coating, it ought not to be heated above 240° C in the oven.
In 2002, the Finnish designer Harri Koskinen designed the stainless steel cookware All Steel for Iittala. Originally, the extensive range of pots and pans was supposed to be exclusively offered for professional chefs, but meanwhile countless home cooks worldwide enjoy All Steel and learned to appreciate its quality.
