Sauté Cocotte for braised meat
With the Sautier- Cocotte from Morsø braised meat is guaranteed to succeed. At the same time the Cocotte retains the aromas and juices of any food and keeps the roast warm for a long time thanks to the cast iron. The sauté Cocotte can be used in the oven as well as on all types of stoves. Cast iron is particularly suitable for an induction cooker.
The lid is optionally a roasting plate, which is suitable for preparing meat, fish, vegetables and co. when turned upside down.
Cocottes with 3-in-1 function
The unique cocottes from Morsø store the juices and flavours of the ingredients. Thanks to the 3-in-1 function, the cocottes can be used as a cooking pot, baking dish or - without the lid - as a pan. They belong to the N.A.C. cast iron collection designed by Klaus Rath for Morsø .
