Griddle Cocotte with Cast Iron Lid
The Griddle Cocotte by Morsø is made from cast iron, lasts forever and will stay with you for a lifetime. The Cocotte is ideal to prepare a succulent roast. Thanks to the lid, liquid is added to the roast during cooking, since it collects steam and, in liquid form, rains back onto the roast. Flavors and vitamins are thus preserved.
The lid of the Griddle Cocotte can also be used to fry meat, fish and vegetables, leaving behind the typical grid pattern - a must for any barbecue fan.

The unique Morsø Cocottes retain the juices and flavors of the ingredients. Thanks to the 3-in-1 function, you can use the Cocottes as a pot, a baking dish or - without the lid - as a pan. They belong to the N.A.C. cast iron collection designed by Klaus Rath for Morsø.
