Mega Blue Ribbed Serving Dishes
The Mega Blue Ribbed series from Royal Copenhagen is a tribute to the original Musselmalet pattern from the year 177 5. A delicate blue decor, slightly larger in size than that of the classic, characterises the tableware series, which looks just as great on the everyday kitchen table as it does on the festively laid table. The ribbed surface of the porcelain provides an additional eye-catcher and makes the porcelain something very special. The timeless series was designed in 2000 by the designer Karen Kjaeldgård-Larsen.
On the serving platters, for example, small appetizers can be presented, while the storage jars can be used for dry food. The cake plates, bonbonniere and etagere are perfect for serving sweet dishes.
Hand-painted porcelain with blue decoration
The tableware from Royal Copenhagen comes from the most traditional porcelain manufactory in Denmark and has been produced since 1775. It is painted by hand and is distinguished by its high quality. The Danish royal family uses the tableware from Royal Copenhagen for special occasions.
