The Twilight light column by John + Samantha Ritschl-Lassoudry creates atmospheric lighting to relax or for room illumination, depending on what you want.
Inside the artificial glass body, there are two 50W halogen lamps both above and below, projecting light towards each other - thereby transforming Twilight into a light sculpture. With an additional halogen tube of 300 watts, Twilight projects indirect room lighting through the ceiling.
The indirect light and the light in the acrylic glass corpus can be dimmed independently. Room and atmospheric lighting are thus combined in a single lamp.
The energy-saving variant of Twilight doesn't have a dimmer and comes with an on/off switch. Energy-saving bulbs are also used.
Also available in an LED edition.
