Elegant and feminine pendant lamp
With its elegant, feminine shape, the Audo Dancing pendant lamp is reminiscent of the eponymous dress of a dancer. Despite its playful curves, there is no line too much on the lamp.
The Copenhagen office Iskos-Berlin is responsible for the design of the Audo Dancing pendant lamp. The two designers Boris Berlin and Aleksej Iskos have a penchant for unusual materials, and there is also a deeper meaning behind the Dancing luminaire: "Design is about storytelling. The clearer a story is, the more likely people are to understand it. The more surprising you make the story, the more likely people will remember it. And the more people smile, the more likely they are to love the story!"
The subject of this story at Audo Dancing is the fact that the pendant light is made of PET felt. PET felt is made of 100% recyclable material, mainly from used soda and mineral water bottles. Iskos-Berlin's palpable fascination with environmentally friendly materials points to the future and addresses the issue of sustainability in a confident way.
