The main idea behind the AIM pendant lamp was to offer a lamp, which was able to work with many different light adjustment possibilities.
The total cable length fo 9 meters makes the AIM lamp usable like a liana to be fixed at a maximum distance of 3 meters to the ceiling. A pivoted illuminant and a dimmer switch at the cable make the light adjustable according to the event.
AIM is a development of the lamp “Liana”, presented in the gallery Kero in Paris in 2010, by the design duo Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec:
”We developed a new lamps typology, which makes it easier to be adjusted in height, to be positioned wherever the user wants it in the room – like a plant.”
