The Pendant Lamp Zettel’z 5 by Ingo Maurer from the year 1997 can be shaped individually and it impresses with a complex game of light and shadow.
Zettel’z 5 consists of stainless steel and heat-resistant, satined glass. The notes that are fastened at the lamp with small clamps consist of Japan paper. The delivery package of the pendant lamp includes 31 printed and 49 blank DIN A5 sheets.
The notes can be individually painted or written, if desired, they can remain empty as well. A pleasant, soft and indirect light arises and the differently heavy shadow-projection provides additional atmosphere when Zettel’z 5 is enabled.
In order to ensure an ideal illumination Zettel’z 5 possesses two illuminants: for indirect light from the centre of the lamp the manufacturer suggests a Halogen illuminant 230/125V, 205 Watt, energy efficiency class C, base, E 27. Downwards a Halogen PAR 30, max. 75 Watt, 30°, base E27 illuminates ideally. The illuminants are included in the delivery package.
