The Pendant Lamp Zettel’z 5 by Ingo Maurer in 1997 can be individually designed and boasts a multi-layered play of light and shadow.
Zettel’z 5 consists of stainless steel and heat-resistant, satin-finished glass. The notes that are fastened on the lamp with small clips are made of Japanese tissue paper. The pendant lamp delivery includes 31 printed and 49 blank DIN A5 sheets.
The notes (Zettel) can be painted or written on as desired. Of course these can also be left blank.
Either way the notes throws large and heavy shadows when the Zettel’z 5 is switched on. This provides a soft, multi-layered light. Zettel’z 5 has two light bulbs to ensure an ideal lighting: a halogen bulb in the middle provides an indirect light: 230/125V, 205 Watts, Energy efficiency class C, E27 socket. A 1 x Halogen PAR 30, max. 75 Watts, 30°, E27 socket bulb shines downwards. The bulbs are included in delivery.
