The Drop_4 table lamp was designed by Benjamin Hopf and Constantin Wortmann from "Büro für Form" for Next Home.
The Drop_4 table lamp is part of the lamp series “Liquid Lights” – an aesthetical symbiosis of light and water. The Liquid Lights are lamps in form of pots, they set individual accents and spend a pleasant and warm light to every room – a distinctive enrichment for every architecture.
Drop_4 looks as if a drop of hot liquid raises from the boiling floor. The table lamp Drop_4 by Next Home consists of white plastic and is also available as a floor lamp or, especially attractive, as a waterproof outdoor lamp for the garden or entrance. Atmospheric accents emerge with the employment of coloured illuminants.
The Loquid-Lights lamp series from Next Home was awarded with the form-prize 2001 and it got the title “Design for Europe, best lightning” on the Biennale Kortrijk.
