Shiny, Rounded Wall Lamp
The void wall lamp by Tom Dixon looks more like a sculpture than a classic lamp. Thanks to its soft silhouette and shiny steel, copper or brass surface, the light object attracts everyone's attention.
The name “Void” says it all. After all, the lamps are made using a double-walled metal lampshade that is inspired by the principle of a vacuum jug.
Indirect Light Emission
The sunken centre of the lamp creates space for the halogen bulb, that emits its light onto a small metal dome. From there, the light is reflected back onto the metal shade, creating a warm, indirect light.
Hung up in a row in the hallway, used as an alternative nightlight, or serving as comfortable illumination in the living room, the Void lamp with a diameter of 30 cm offers great lighting effects and a homely atmosphere.
