And this is how it works…
1. Place the Jack Daniel’s™ Wood Smoking Chips in the water for about 30 minutes. Then put the humid chips on the hot charcoal. While the chips are smoking, put the meat on the grill.
2. Use the dry Jack Daniel’s™ Wood Smoking Chips on hot charcoal when the flame ceased and put the meat on the grate.
3. If you have electric or a gas BBQ, put the chips in the water for about 30 minutes, roll the humid chips in aluminium foul and let both ends opened. Put them on the lava stones or the grilling grate.
