Polished stainless steel, extravagant and out of one piece. The Champagne Sabre, made by the also extravagant designer Karim Rashid, will serve on every good dinner party.
Karim Rashid describes himself as “one quarter Irish, one quarter British and one half Egyptian”. Grown up in England and Canada, gone to school in Canada and Italy, the praised designer still lived and worked in New York the last 20 years. Some of his awarded designs are Store-Designs, interior furnishings for restaurants and hotels, furniture and accessories, but also high-tech products and luxury goods. His works are displayed in 20 permanent expositions and exposed in galleries all over the world.
The Champagne Sabre by Menu embodies extravagance and luxury. The concept “Sabre” is originally French and promotes the ancient tradition of opening Champagne bottles with a sword, as well as the Napoleon cavalry officers did.
