Tonale was inspired by the traditional ceramic of Korea, Japan and China. The concept of David Chipperfield understands itself as experiment of functional household article. The name Tonale gives credit for the painter Giorgio Morandi Tribut, which inspired through the use of colour shadings of daily objet the distinctive individuality.
