Advice received via WhatsApp: Connox enhances the customer service

The home design shop Connox expands the customer service as well as Zalando with the shopping advice via WhatsApp. Customers will be able to contact Connox directly through the messaging service. The home design shop considered the changing user habits with this step and expects a more personalized care.

Connox customers will be able to send their questions and suggestions via short message, to the mobile number +49 (0)175 2666260. WhatsApp will prove to be a ServicePlus, especially at mobile online shopping. Customers no longer need to switch between media and device, but can express their concerns with just a few clicks and without great effort and time delay. Winded E-Mails have ended when there are short questions. Photos of the living environment or a product with the Smartphone can easily be sent via the messaging app. This will facilitate the consultation.

Mobile first: ServicePlus through informal, comfortable dialog option

"Online stores are no longer the anonymous, impersonal sales platform. Dialogue is possible and desirable - and WhatsApp offers us a more appropriate channel to contact our customers", explains Thilo Haas, CEO of Connox. Connox will support the established telephone service and the changed user’s habits with this new channel.
